His piece will be included in our August Group Show, with an opening reception on
Sunday, August 2 from 1-3 p.m.

Croton River Artisans Gallery Offers Scholarship
Croton River Artisans Gallery is proud to announce a scholarship grant to be given to a deserving graduating senior at Croton-Harmon High School. The successful candidate will have shown excellence in the arts and has committed to studying the arts at a higher level.

Croton River Artisans Gallery is committed to nurturing the arts in the Croton community. Gallery members believe that helping young artists develop their craft is important for the future well-being of the artistic growth of the Croton community.

​This year's $500 scholarship will be used as the award winner chooses. The recipient will also be given space at the gallery in which to display a few representative pieces of their work. In the coming years, the gallery members hope to raise additional funds to be able to offer a higher scholarship award.
Croton River Artisans Gallery opened in the spring of 2022. Since its inception it has endeavored to showcase and support artists in and around Croton-on-Hudson and the Lower Hudson Valley. The gallery is organized as a co-op, with 6 current co-owners. It also offers artist-in-residence and visiting artist opportunities, as well as the chance for artisans to display and sell their work through the gallery's Marketplace. Gallery members believe it is important to have a brick & mortar focal point for the arts in Croton, and they greatly appreciate the support the community has shown to the gallery for the four years since its founding.
